We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Climbers, furniture and sets

Foam floors, climbers, reading nooks and the full playroom set are bulky and the larger items ship on a pallet; soft play, tunnels, teepees and accessories ship by parcel. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not assembled. An adult assembles each item, fixes anything that hangs to a sound load-bearing joist or structure, and anchors tall storage to the wall; active play goes over a cushioned floor. Mats, blocks, balls and accessories ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
