Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium playroom and indoor play equipment — foam play floors, soft play blocks and ball packs, play tunnels, indoor climbers and slides, swings, mini trampolines, balance sets, teepees, play tables and reading nooks, up to a full playroom set. The soft-floor use, the fixing of anything that hangs, and the age guidance are stated on each listing.

Soft floor, fixings & age guidance

Indoor play equipment is for domestic use by children under adult supervision. Use soft play, climbers and slides over a cushioned play mat so landings are soft, and keep to the stated age range and maximum user weight. Anything that hangs or bears weight — an indoor swing, a ceiling climber, a doorway bar — must be fixed to a sound, load-bearing ceiling joist, lintel or structure with the correct fixings, never to plasterboard alone, because it carries a child's full dynamic weight. Assemble fully by an adult and check the fixings regularly. Small parts and ball-pit balls can be a choking hazard for the very young — follow the age guidance on each item. Finishes and fabrics are child-safe; supervise play. CE marked where applicable.
